BIO:

Iain Moggach is an award-winning professional theatre director and producer based in Barrie, Ontario. He is best known for his work as Artistic Director of Theatre by the Bay - a professional theatre company dedicated to developing and producing original plays that share the stories of the Simcoe County region.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Iain has produced more than 24 productions and has directed in seven cities in a variety of styles including musicals, Shakespeare, modern drama, and new Canadian work.

As a director, Iain is known for his rigorous preparation, collaborative spirit, and ability to create working environments that are open, safe and supportive, but always striving for excellence.

Looking to the future, Iain is keen to collaborate with established companies across the province, and to bring his work across Canada and the world.
