BIO
Robert Gontier works: The Peaceful Chocolate (in development); Spork! McKellar Tribute (BFTA Awards); Johnny Jackson and His Heavenly Passion (Toronto Fringe). Training: Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project (led by Lin-Manuel Miranda & Craig Carnelia); Craft of Musical Theatre Writing; Lehman Engel Advanced Workshop Series (ScriptLab). Education: MA in Voice Studies, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama; BFA in Acting, Ryerson University. Memberships: PGC, VASTA. Robert is a Professor of Writing for Musical Theatre and Performance at Sheridan College.
